Aaron, Travers, it's settled. We're going on a road trip up the west coast. We're leaving the night of August 3rd and camping the whole way.

Yes?

You guys seriously should. Best time of year to do it, too!

Yesterday I got ridiculously lost coming back from Oakland and ended up along a windy road somewhere in the hills, no city in sight, just trees and fog. It was pretty darn magical for a getting-lost experience. I like the west coast. :)

Well go and you won't have to be jealous. :) Plus you'll be properly vacationing so you'll get to see more stuff. Just skip southern California. :D

you're more likely to get lost with a gps than without one.

This is what I came for...and I loved every second of it :). Seriously, this is the most amazingly beautiful city I have ever seen in my entire life. When we were driving out of the Marin Headlands this morning (where we stayed last night), I could see the Golden Gate bridge...but it was so foggy that I could only see parts of it. It didn't look real, haha :).

The place that we're staying is one of the most awesome places ever, it reminds me of my grandparents' cabin, but at the ocean, not at the lake. That, and it's cold here... :)

Where/how does one post comment/editorial remark when there is no specified link but only post musing?
