It's worth noting that the people the Italian court is prosecuting have absolutely nothing to do with google video. While I applaud the idea of actual people in a company being prosecuted if the company has committed a crime (Like citibank siezing a house in florida), this is just nonsense. Reply to this |

Screening or editing the contents of user-generated video sites in advance, they say, is impossible because of the volume of material that is posted.What? It is really stupid of them to say it is impossible when it could be easly done. It would make the site really expensive or make it so that new videos were rare, but it could be easily done. I think that they mean it's impossible to do without destroying the site's functionality.
